Very concise and to-the-point. Helped me prepare for my interview.
One of the best, most concise video's I have ever seen about ITIL -- this coming from a 6Sigma BB & ITIL Cert IT guy.
Simple, crispy, straight and full information. Thanks for the presenter and uploader
thank you for a very clear and succinct introduction to ITIL.
Very well structure delivery. I have yet to see a 2019 version of this clean & effective clip.Is it forthcoming?
Excellent Presentation and very concise and comprehensive...
Thanks! it really helped me understand what is ITIL really used for.
Excellent, this is exactly what i was looking for . . . many thanks
Extremely helpful. Where does one go for ITIL Practitioner and Service Manager training and exam prep, please? What do you particularly recommend?
Nice and clear video ....Except this information is more that 7 years out of date - in fact it was 3 years out dated when it was uploaded. The speaker mentions that ITIL is now at V3 yet this entire video is related to ITIL V2, which was introduced at the turn of the 21st Century. In 2007 ITIL V3 was release. This is radically different - or to be precise, more mature approach to true IT Service Management. Also this video is not accurate - it only mentions 2 areas (IT Support and IT Service Delivery) - there are 3 other books in the ITIL V2 Framework covering Infrastructure, Application Management and Implementation. Even the exam structure and certification is 7 years out of date. This radically change with V3.
a very clear introduction. Thank you

Very well Presented !!!! Good job !!!!
Nice and effective presentation.
This is called clear explanation..... Thanks
To the point. Thank you !!
Great explanation, thank you
pretty good for a foundational knowledge of what ITIL is about.
Just curious why the Security Management was not discussed; it was only visible in the diagram but not mentioned while speaking?
Best one I have seen so far. Thanks.
Thank you so much, Mark.
I've worked in IT for 5 years never had an ITIL certification, but I'm just finding now when applying for jobs that many companies want you to be ITIL certified - it costs around £700 is it really work it? since I already know most of the best practices.
Good video, thanks
THE BEST ONE.
great great introduction thanks for doing t his
Thank you Mark
This is not ITIL v 3This is ITIL V2 I guess
Time worth spent
