Honestly, Paramore got me through my high school years, I’m 30 now. Ever since ALL WE KNOW IS FALLING 🥹❤️ Being a black girl band geek who LOVES all kinds of music, there wasn’t as much people who were REAL Paramore fans that I knew. I mean even during all the break up get back together “drama” I have seen them truly transform as musical artists. And I LOVE every version of them, as all real fans do I had to adjust a little to certain sounds but they have always been a complex sounding band and under rated beyond Hayley’s singing I mean honestly just an amazing band, I LOVE EVERY PART OF THEM! I saw them in Florida in November it was amazing and plan on seeing them again this year. I LOVE YO ZAC 😂🔥
I've been a fan of these guys since I discovered them while playing The Sims 2 back in 2008 (of all places), the game had Pressure as one of the songs you could play in the jukebox and I immediately fell in love. I always say that I was a fan of Paramore even before I was old enough to understand what their lyrics meant, their music helped me through some of the hardest moments of my life and I can't put into words how much they mean to me. I can't believe I'm finally seeing them live for the first time in March. Thanks for the great interview!
I love the space Paramore has taken, the voice that they bring to the world and how they evolved over time. As we all do, life is about evolution and looking back to see how far we've come, as individuals, as a couple, as friends, as a band. I'm here for it. All of it. Oh! And can't wait to see Paramore in Denver in July!
Great interview! I've loved Paramore since 2005. They were the reason I also wanted to be in a band. Hayley has been a big inspo for me. Can't wait to see them in Toronto in summer 2023!
Nice photoshoot pfp 😂 I've been a fan since 2006/07. My profile pic is actually of Paramore when I last saw them in 2012. Seen them a few times now but missed their most recent tour unfortunately.
Hey guys great job with the interview. Really appreciated how you asked Zac questions as well. Always love to hear every band mates perspective on things. Can't wait for 6more!!!
I feel paramore fans have been coming out of the woodwork because of the songs going viral on TikTok for sure, but I know so many people I grew up with loved paramore and always have. They’ve been a beloved band of of many of us who grew up in the 00’s. And I mean EVERYONE I grew up with loved them
Watching this interview after watching old Paramore’s interviews makes me realize how much older I am. I’ll always miss the old days but I will also always be excited for whats coming. Can’t wait to hear their new stuff.
@Armando Guiterrez I feel like the only time we get to hear from him will be at Zane Lowe's interview cuz they're good friends, and he feels comfortable there. Other than that, I feel like his agoraphobia is too much for him right now. He doesn't interact with fans on stage as much as he used to, has a long hair to cover his face etc. I hope he feels good, that's the most important thing
I love Hayley’s reaction to people being assholes about dealing with each other at a show. I was at the Oklahoma City show where they stopped 3 or 4 times. People need to enjoy the moment and not tell you to move because you’re in the way of them videotaping the whole show. Put your phone down enjoy the music and respect each other. 👀
@Lydia King not really I just think young people who have never been to shows are defensive and not used to being at a rock show. It’s new to them and they act a fool haha
The fighting and aggression aspect of shows is really new to me but I had my own negative experience seeing Paramore at When We Were Young. I purchased VIP tickets and waited for 6 hours at the same stage in anticipation to see them live for the first time. Some girl approaches just before they come on and is trying to get to the front (there were only like 1 or 2 people ahead of us) and puts all of her body weight on me to shove her way forward. I was so surprised that I snapped at her and fortunately she was cowardly and backed off but it was so unsettling how aggressive people can be, even when you're standing at the front with THOUSANDS of people behind you. I wonder if people are getting in fights because they're too hardcore of fans and they get selfish about being in front. Weird.
I was wondering about who would fight at a Paramore show, but I can sort of see it happening. When you're on the ground level, and if you want to get closer, you have to kind of push forward in a way. It's easier at a Metal show, because someone will be crowd surfing, I'll tell everyone "Heads Up," and I'll use the surfer to go forward and then launch the person.
literally saw Paramore during their first album "all we know is falling" at a VERY small venue near my hometown in Orangevale, CA when they were still growing and my life is forever changed.
@Josh B Yes that's the place! Some of my best memories of my high school years were spent at the little venue! It was so special seeing them that close up and for an album that means the world to me.
OMG, so glad they're back. And so glad they're continuing to evolve. Every album is like Christmas all over again. Something new and awesome to listen to on repeat for a year. Can't wait for the whole album!! Maybe I'm different, but my go to Jam from Riot! was always Born For This. And then the way they opened with it on Final Riot really cemented it. Misery Business is awesome, but it wasn't the best song on that album for me.
Its fantastic to see this band happy and striving. I met their road family at the Greek Theater in LA and they’re super duper cool people. Very grounded. I even had the pleasure of chatting with Hayley’s grandfather who coinensedeuntally sat right in front of me at the gig. Another thing to note, is exactly what Hayley mentioned which people are definitely digging alternative music. (Which we should call mainstream really just as trap rap is basically mainstream with the Rolling Loud Tour) And the general public of music lovers love live bands who can get into their own pocket and rock the $hit out of everyone. It’s a WIN WIN WIN scenario.
Damn. Paramore really is amazing. I remember I started listening to them back in 2006 and with that Summer Tic EP. Does someone still remember that EP?? Then so many female-fronted pop/punk/emo bands were popping up, but Paramore is the only one that stood strong like the last one standing and persevered to this day.
I'm a new fan (yeah I know where the hell have I been?) that has become obsessed with their music in the last 4 months. "This Is Why" is just an amazing track and can't wait for the new album. Also, very cool that Justin Hawkins' youtube channel gets a mention, love him and that EP where he talked about the song/video was awesome.
I remember seeing Paramore the Bender arena and it was literally like a big gymnasium and it was right after Riot and it was life changing and that was the second time I saw them, the very first time was at warped tour.
I love them sm that actually Paramore was my number #1 most listened to artist this year and This Is Why my number #1 most listened to song, so yeah. I love them
Loved them since I was 11 I'm 24 now... I saw them for the first time ever outside in KS back in October, I was so satisfied and happy, I think everyone felt alive and nostalgic that night. Also Zac's solo stuff is super fun and now I see where y'all get that funkier sound from sometimes.
Oh my gosh chill out. Since when is it cool to hate on Avril Lavigne? Wtf? I'm not hating on Hayley. I love her so why the fuck is my comment getting hate? Just because I said both girls are great and both are queens? Wow. Avril paved the way. I love Hayley but damn. I'm allowed to appreciate both musicians.
Zac said at the end they talked with MCR when they were at WWWY but your telling me not a single person took a picture of it!! That seems like something worthy of taking a picture of!!
18:24 That moment, Zac addressing Hayley singing "that controversial song" with Eilish for the first time in four years, and Hayley just glaring at him with chagrin, thinking: «Don't you dare saying something stupid now!», only to quickly brush over the topic to move on. PRICELESS!
Someone has got to have a PO Box number for Hayley! I find it impossible to believe that someone can not be contacted. I keep explaining that it doesn't have to be the Bat number straight into Hayley 's Inner sanctum, so I can single hand ed ly, mess up any inner peace she may of stumbled upon. What I'm trying to do is to get the address to say, her publisher, or manager, some where in the middle of nowhere, where it is an unknown person's Job, to forward things to the correct person. In this case, among my other talents, is that I'm an Origami artist. Japanese paper folding. I would like to be able to fold Hayley a Lily and be able to get it to her. Have American 's Lost it, so completely that we must inflict harm towards everyone we come in contact with? An address please
I just want Hayley to know she's not bound to her appleID email address! She can create a new one and apple support can talk her through changing it without losing any of her information, music, photos, etc
I’m not the biggest fan of the ppl giving the interviews… asking for tickets and making jokes abt selling merch like they’re not already pretty well off financially and you can see how uncomfortable the question about tickets to a Taylor show makes them. Like read the room…
Hayley looks happier than she’s ever looked
@frannieatthedisco exactlyyyy
I hope so. I wish nothing but happiness for her and the band. Thats more important than evrything. Rather than at the end u took your own life
she might be
Yeah! That’s really nice.
New album is different but really good
I agree, definitely can see her progress of therapy and healing..
Honestly, Paramore got me through my high school years, I’m 30 now.
Ever since ALL WE KNOW IS FALLING 🥹❤️

I LOVE YO ZAC 😂🔥
Love them, I grew up with Paramore, I can't imagine my life without them
that's the thing, I CAN'T IMAGINE MY LIFE WITHOUT THEM
@KaiKey Mooncakefr
Same, I started listening when I was 8, I’m now 26 and they’re still my all time favourite
parawhores for life
I've been a fan of these guys since I discovered them while playing The Sims 2 back in 2008 (of all places), the game had Pressure as one of the songs you could play in the jukebox and I immediately fell in love. You're literally me especially with the Sims 2 start...sadly I haven't seen Paramore live yet ._.
i found them through sims 2 ps2 too!!
same!!! i would play for like 5 hours straight with only pressure playing 😭😭
Same here lol
Yes!!!! this and rock band 2
I love the space Paramore has taken, the voice that they bring to the world and how they evolved over time. As we all do, life is about evolution and looking back to see how far we've come, as individuals, as a couple, as friends, as a band. I'm here for it. All of it.

Debut album fan here as well, I was 12 back in 05 and fell in love with their music.
Hey guys great job with the interview. Really appreciated how you asked Zac questions as well. Always love to hear every band mates perspective on things. Can't wait for 6more!!!

And I mean EVERYONE I grew up with loved them
Also so many of us younger fans (like who had the older sibs introduce us) can afford tickets so it’s a different playing ground
Yeah you guys give tik tok too much credit. I don't even have one. Could have sworn it was meant for kids, but that's just 1 woman's opinion 🤷♀️
Watching this interview after watching old Paramore’s interviews makes me realize how much older I am.
I’ll always miss the old days but I will also always be excited for whats coming. Can’t wait to hear their new stuff.
so happy zac is talking more- love that queen
@Armando Guiterrez I feel like the only time we get to hear from him will be at Zane Lowe's interview cuz they're good friends, and he feels comfortable there. He doesn't interact with fans on stage as much as he used to, has a long hair to cover his face etc. I hope he feels good, that's the most important thing
@Tray Daniel that's what I'm saying 😆
@Tray Daniel don’t have to be gay or queer to be jokingly referred to as Queen
Zac is a king. He’s not gay nor queer. I’m pretty sure he’s straight
@Joe almost everyone is trans or gay. Fixed that for you
I love Hayley’s reaction to people being assholes about dealing with each other at a show. I was at the Oklahoma City show where they stopped 3 or 4 times. @YouCouldSayTheyreSellingLikeGhostCookies Talk about missing the point... Idiot
Three or four times????
@Michael Otero my response was not in response to what you originally commented.
@Lydia King not really I just think young people who have never been to shows are defensive and not used to being at a rock show. It’s new to them and they act a fool haha
@icycleragon this was a very weird way to try to get an “I hate the US” argument going 🤣
The fighting and aggression aspect of shows is really new to me but I had my own negative experience seeing Paramore at When We Were Young. Shout out to the Bwalk! -what a place to see them too!
I love Hayley’s speaking voice
OMG, so glad they're back. And so glad they're continuing to evolve. Every album is like Christmas all over again. Something new and awesome to listen to on repeat for a year. I saw them live in NY such a blast, I kept chanting go zac what an amazing drummer!
Its fantastic to see this band happy and striving. I met their road family at the Greek Theater in LA and they’re super duper cool people. Very grounded. While I’m not as much of a fan compared to their early albums I still love what they bring to music and they always seem upbeat and genuine.
Fun fact. Sza is a huge paramore fan. She posts on her story of them very randomly ❤
and hayley is a huge sza fan....she sang 20 something on stage as well as posted a cover of drew barrymore on youtube
😊 seeing them again brought the feels 🥹💯 haley looks so bright and happy .. can’t wait to hear the album and being back in the scene ❤️💯🙌
I love Paramore I've seen them four or five times. I'm super thankful I got to see them back in the heyday like 06 to 09
I'm a new fan (yeah I know where the hell have I been?) that has become obsessed with their music in the last 4 months. "This Is Why" is just an amazing track and can't wait for the new album. Also, very cool that Justin Hawkins' youtube channel gets a mention, love him and that EP where he talked about the song/video was awesome.
its so good to be able to hear their voices, love them sm
traduz ae pra gente ☺
I don’t think my body could handle a 1975/paramore collab. I would simply evaporate with pure joy 🥹
Saw them at the when we were young festival in Las Vegas they were amazing. Had been on the bucket list since I was 13 I’m 25 now love them.
I remember seeing Paramore the Bender arena and it was literally like a big gymnasium and it was right after Riot and it was life changing and that was the second time I saw them, the very first time was at warped tour.
So hype for this new album 🫶 grew up with this band, can’t wait to hear Hayley’s blackpilled take on this f*cked up world we’re living in
This is awesome, I am looking forward to hearing your new music.
great interview! so excited to hear the FULL version of The News 🔥
I grew up listening to Paramore adore Hayley and Zac so much!
i also didn't realize how mainstream Paramore had become, until they started touring again and they're doing arenas! so expensive :'O
Hayley Williams is the queen of pop punk
Oh my gosh chill out. Since when is it cool to hate on Avril Lavigne? Wtf? I'm not hating on Hayley. I love her so why the fuck is my comment getting hate? Just because I said both girls are great and both are queens? Wow. Avril paved the way. I love Hayley but damn. I'm allowed to appreciate both musicians.
@Jenna Provenzale Avril who?
@Jenna Provenzale avril is queen of shit
I would say her and Avril Lavigne are both queens in this genre. I love Avril's new album. She killed it with Travis Barker.
Zac is so funny I love his interviews
I've never seen Hayley as happy as she is right now
Good ol' Paramore. They are just awesome.
Hope they come back to mexico, one of my dreams is watching them perform live.
Paramore was my first concert!! I'm a Nebraskan, they came to Iowa and I was blown away!!
Love the Klein and Ally show. Self deprecating and funny as hell, just how I like my comedy.
The day Hayley Williams does a song with Amy Lee. Life will be complete
Facts
So excited for the new album!
"no thats me fighting for breath" 😂😂😂💕
I love Paramore
I love Paramore
i love that zac is involved and they specifically asked him a question.
Can't wait for the new album!
Best band in the world!
8:12 this is so new. I never heard this laughter from Hayley ever since I watched her hundreds to thousands of interviews.
@random ramyeon may send me a link and a timestamp. This really is the first time I heard it. And, Im a follower since 2009
i've heard that laugh from their old live streams but for some time it was gone and now it's back
Hayley making a Dumb and Dumber joke right from the start was everything to me 😂
@Yesenia Odeh “our pet’s heads are falling off”
Omg where?
Yesss!! So glad someone else noticed!
So far so good the singles are great!
Yo Hailey and Zac are cool 😎
They are an awesome band. We love paramore 💜.

Tbh, I wish Tiktok never happened. Pretty sure it's where the crappy "fans" come from 😒 That being said, love seeing Zac and Hayley thriving
Love paramore ♥️
I Love them!
I feel like Hayley is gonna free herself from her email just bc that lady said it was impossible. I felt her decide through my phone screen. Lol
I wish and hope that Josh could rejoin the band (if he wants to) to reunite his little brother Zac, and other band mate Taylor and Hayley
Excellent music
3:02 hayley's laugh 🥰
I love Hayley💕
they’re so funny !!! i love paramore !!!
Wicked great song Blake in the studio (: has a lot of water in her singing ability
The best band ever
Zac said at the end they talked with MCR when they were at WWWY but your telling me not a single person took a picture of it!! That seems like something worthy of taking a picture of!!

It was this year wtf
Love you Hayley!!!!
They’re back! 🧡
Dumb & Dumber reference immediately. They run deep still. *single tear*
Lost it, so completely that we must inflict harm towards everyone we come in contact with? An address please
Fell in love just that little bit more with the Dumb and Dumber reference near the start: "our pets HEADS are falling off!!!"
i love them so muchhhh
I just want Hayley to know she's not bound to her appleID email address! She can create a new one and apple support can talk her through changing it without losing any of her information, music, photos, etc
great interview!
I like Hayley’s nod to Justin’s show. I just got into it a month ago
Paramore is paramore every music they release was good🤘
aw when she mentioned Justin Hawkins reviewing their song, that's so sweet.
Zac Is so funny 🤣
This is the first time I heard Zac's voice
"Everyone's fighting their own battles.." 😂
Hayley, you're the best😉
Host to Hayley: give us your new number
Zach: 911. 😂😂😂😂😂
I can feel the pressure
It's getting closer now
I’m not the biggest fan of the ppl giving the interviews… asking for tickets and making jokes abt selling merch like they’re not already pretty well off financially and you can see how uncomfortable the question about tickets to a Taylor show makes them. Like read the room…
Yeah that was a weird thing to do
After watching how Zane Lowe asks questions and leaves them an open and safe space, this seems really uncomfortable to watch. I’m not a fan.
didnt expect to see queen hayley talking about king matty healy , my life is complete
