@C L ye, basically nothing Caleb is doing would’ve flown in Hollywood- and he’s prolly making more money off YT than activity in a movie anyways, his prop costs are literally in the double digits at most.
This is one of the things about superheroes I always found odd. It makes perfect sense not to let the whole world know it's you, but any family member or really close friend worth their salt is going to keep that information safe.
Not every family member and friend is "worth their salt". If even one of them didn't understand the need for secrecy or take it seriously or just weren't cautious even if they did take it seriously the secret would be out and you couldn't take it back; barring a Doctor Strange type rearranging the universe for you.
"Plausible deniability" It's why the president isn't told a lot of military stuff unless he explicitly asks. Essentially, if they don't know, they can't be tortured/brainwashed into revealing the secret.
@Always Judging I mean if you trust shitty people I guess. I know who of my friends and family wouldn't be able to keep their mouth shut and who could. But if u really care about someone u aren't gonna go tell their secret to anyone if they asked u not too and it was a matter of safety.
I remember when lex Luther removed the flash's mask only to be confused and say "who is this?" Because the flash's normal identity is just mundane. Batman ,on the other hand, is the idiot who maintains a huge social presence as Bruce Wayne.
God loves us sinners that he willingly died for us so we can repent for our sins. Come to Christ before time runs out. There’s never a guarantee for tomorrow. We either go to two places when we die heaven or hell but Jesus opened the pathway to heaven for us. God loves you. Repent and come to him before it’s too late islam is a way to hell but jesus is the way to heaven.
I love how this guys power is super speed, and instead of just running to a different location when he heard his father his first thought was to throw his cap
We are unconscious when we are asleep or fainted. When we are unconscious, we have no thoughts, no emotions, and cannot see the world. When we are conscious, we know everything. Consciousness is thoughts, emotions, and everything in the world. This consciousness is one. Will consciousness be split in two? Consciousness is not divisible. Do you feel two consciousnesses when talking to a friend? Consciousness is felt only as one. Consciousness is one. I am Conscious and I am the World. Gospel of Thomas "For many of the first will be last, and will become a single one." Jesus said, "Two will recline on a couch; one will die, one will live." "For this reason I say, if one is whole, one will be filled with light, but if one is divided, one will be filled with darkness." Jesus said, "Why do you wash the outside of the cup? Don't you understand that the one who made the inside is also the one who made the outside?" Jesus said, "I am the light that is over all things. I am all: from me all came forth, and to me all attained. Split a piece of wood; I am there. Lift up the stone, and you will find me there." A [person said] to him, "Tell my brothers to divide my father's possessions with me." He said to the person, "Mister, who made me a divider?" He turned to his disciples and said to them, "I'm not a divider, am I?"
That’s your mistake see when you get confronted by your dad you have to fake a fight to storm to your room that way you can leave out your room to save the citizen. Took me awhile to figure it out
So should I be concern by the fact that your son is that bad at concealing his identity or by the fact that he let multiple people die by trying do hide it ?
The best part about this, was how caleb didnt use a recording of his voice for the mugging happening in the background, he actually went to chicago and this happened right outside his house- he and his dad just sat there awkwardly thinking caleb was going to save them, but he will always keep his secret safe
When reading through Invincible I loved that there was a part that both Mark and Eve got called out for being Invincible and Atom Eve respectively. They start to give a "what? How could you possibly have known" and the dude straight up says something like "Oh please. You don't even wear a mask!"
Y'know, I thought I would come in here and someone would have said "What was that?" was also a beautiful line - instead... I mean wtf he says they, clearly. 🤨
what are some of you on about, I re-listen to this multiple time with loud volume and he's clearly saying the word "they" so "you think THEY got super speed like you?" the other one would make less sense because if the dad got super speed why didn't he just stop the robber himself instead of calling the police
That line makes no sense, he clearly says "I did, you (he says you very quickly) didn't think I (he says it like 'aye') got super speed like you". The explanation as to why this makes clear sense is the same as moechan mentioned.
I like how genuinely shocked the dad is that the son didn't help. Like, he was already cool with him being a hero. That saves like 10 issues of comic pages right there.
This reminds me of an episode of Spectacular Spider-man where Peter got away with getting caught in his spidey suit by calling it a costume for a party. I think they did something similar in Young Justice. When a hero is incredibly popular in universe as long as you act casual no one would ever suspect you’re them even if you show up in costume. That or you can just tell everyone. Who actually cares and your loved ones won’t be in any more danger than they already always are by living in the same city as you…
“Look, I couldn’t care less that you’re the Red Blur right now, okay? It’s tax season.” As someone who’s taken a personal money management class, I can confirm that when filing taxes, you could tell me literally anything and I wouldn’t be bothered to care about it until I’m free of the worst fate of all: taxes.
You know what I think would be awesome? A trans superhero whose secret identity is them still being in the closet and their superhero identity is their true self, and the story is them working through all that and finding the courage to finally come out to their family, friends, and community...all while they're busy fighting crime and kicking ass. (And yes, this isn't originally my idea, I saw it in OT's most recent video, but it was too good not to comment.)
😂When superheroes get caught, they always gave funny reactions. Some will try to play it off, others will ask you something to try to distract you, from the fact you found out, others will just lay you out. Sometimes in life, you get caught. As a big fan of superheroes, I find this skit hilarious. TERRANCE OUT
To whoever is reading this keep going,you're doing fine! No matter how slow your progress each new week is filled with tiny steps forward. Be proud of yourself you got this! Supagreatman
He could've used his Super Speed to hide his cape when he initially heard his dad, or he could've moved it somewhere else when his dad went to look. If he didn't want his dad to see him leaving to help the guy getting mugged, he could've stopped the mugger, make sure the victim was safe, and return to the spot he was standing in all in a fraction of a second. This show is insufferably inconsistent.
As a dead victim lying in the grave because no one came to save me in time even though they had the ability to, I can confirm this is how super heroes keep their secret safe👌🏾
The funniest thing about this, is the super hero doesn't wear a mask. Yet, his father identifies him as the super hero not because he saw his face on the news, but because he saw the cape.
@Mark Andrew Simple converses with friends, co-workers, etc. People can easily say the superheroes name and subconsciously you end up saying your child or friends name instead when referring to that individual. In that moment it may of been nothing and you can say it was a slip up. With the dumbest excuse you can think of. The person may think nothing of it. Yet the seed has already been planted. That same person can joke with another person about how you said so and so name when referring to that hero. Then all it takes is people then pondering about it longer. Questioning where you are the same time those heroic acts happen. If not monitoring you like in the vid just to see if you'll vanish while something tragic is taking place. It's literally how the Joker out of all the villains Batman has ever faced was the only person who put real thought into Bruce Wayne's whereabouts every time Batman showed up. It's the same way small slip ups by criminals is how cops find criminals who've committed the crime. Same way men get caught cheating by accidentally saying the wrong woman's name when expressing his love towards his partner and then her looking deeper into it. Slip ups happen a lot. Thus the best person to keep a secret is yourself.
@Mark Andrew Lol you think people don't slip up? The only best person to keep a secret is yourself. This way you have the security of knowing it never gets told. Same time you aren't putting your family in a predicament where they have to lie about it and fold under pressure. If not get questioned and slip up accidentally by rigorous questions.
Not smart. All it takes is 1 slip up and their life is at risk from someone who told someone who told another person. There goes living a normal life. If it's not an enemy coming after you, a crime organization that wants to exploit you, it'll end up being the media either trying to demonize you, or the government trying to catch an experiment on you. It isn't worth it. Keep it to yourself and try to live the most comfortable life you possibly can.
See, what you guys don't know is that this is the 2nd son of the Tomato farmer. He always wanted to keep the tradition of handing it off to the first born son so he didn't consider the second. But the second one ate a radioactive tomato. Some say it grew to full size in only a minute. Now he is a speedster known as.... The Red Blur.
As a superhero, I can confirm this is indeed how we keep our secret safe.
WHY WOULD YOU TELL US THIS MR. NONOVAN
@Slow Fish ok
As a vigilante and your arch nemesis same
So many people have died, but I have to keep my secret, you win some and lose some.
"our"?
As a supervillain I thank you for disclosing how these heroes hide their identities.
@Darrell probably called "the evil villain organization" building or some thing lol
Do you have an extremely obvious base, that for some reason the hero can’t see?
@@DontReadMyProfilePicture.1you’re a genius 😂 I got all the way to your channel

Cappin' for capes.

Just stealing comments
kzclip.net/video/Mj8zSr3c61A/бейне.html Finally It’s here🤠
I love how the robber and his victim are being so much specific
Well when the world is made up entirely of genetic clones of a single individual it pays to be that specific. Even the burglars wear name tags.
Plot twist, they were two of his closest friends (one went through a villain arc) who knew but also kept it a secret.
The dad knew his son was back because of the aftershock. He already knew about the powers, the dad was legit asking “what did you throw”
@Nick Brown It was definitely "I did, you think they got super speed like you?"
@natsu dragneel The ending "I did, you didn't think I have super speed like you?"
would be funny if the dad actually have power too and just never told him to fuck with him
I like how Caleb puts on a fake mustache even though he already has one
LMAO
Omg lmao
@Henny LeBeau good point 😂
Ppl put on wigs and have hair😊

@superalatreon1 what show is it?
@superalatreon1 A new season is being made- can't wait!
It's tax season
Very accurate teenage behavior lol. At least it was when I was that young.
Your pfp is based lmao i love that show
For someone who has super speed, hard to believe that the fastest solution to get rid of the cape he thought of was throwing it
@Zxnaz_ facts much more faster
@Arno All superpowers have their respective drawbacks
@ed gabrielthe dad is just better
He can't use super speed in front of his dad. His dad knows who he is. He's called the red blurr for a reason. His super speed is detectable from a red blurr. The dad super speed isn't
Moves fast. Thinks slow.
WHY is this man not in movies already. He's a freaking genius of an actor🙌🏽
"WHY is this man not slaving for hollywood jews!?"
ong this dude
@C L ye, basically nothing Caleb is doing would’ve flown in Hollywood- and he’s prolly making more money off YT than activity in a movie anyways, his prop costs are literally in the double digits at most.
Because his talent and skills would be wasted then. Turn over rate in Hollywood is probably higher then you realize.
because you have total control of your content on youtube, and basically nowhere else in hollywood
If he did, the amount of skits he'd be able to get out would plummet from having to focus on a big project like that.
This is one of the things about superheroes I always found odd. It makes perfect sense not to let the whole world know it's you, but any family member or really close friend worth their salt is going to keep that information safe.

Not every family member and friend is "worth their salt". Imagine uncle ben pulls up as a villain one day: "What? You thought a damn spider gave you those powers? I can shoot webs and everything too!"
The best secret identity is just showing yourself in plain sight

@Simeon Ellinger I love it when people are unafraid to just call Batman an idiot, thank you
@YeaMan he never said that

That was better that anything I have seen from the DCU.

We are unconscious when we are asleep or fainted.

Was half-expecting the twist to be that when the son doesn't do anything to help, the dad reveals that he's a super too.
@TheMamaluigi300 u right
@A BI thought he said “You think they got super speed like you?”
"You didn't think I had super speed like you?" he said that.
How you think he made the police call and explained the whole situation to them while still “standing” next to his son?
I like how he has super speed but thought to throw his cape instead of just using his powers
As a Dad, i can surely confirm my son has indeed did this multiple times.
That’s your mistake see when you get confronted by your dad you have to fake a fight to storm to your room that way you can leave out your room to save the citizen. Took me awhile to figure it out

He's letting him ponder his imminent fate

Holy crap. You're actually right.
@Lightning Point LMAOOOOOOOOOOOO

Man the dad being chill about it and saying "Yo, it's tax season alright, I don't care, just be careful" is SUUUCH a mood. XD Tax season is the worst.
That ending lol. Thought it was going to go dark and then he brings it back to comedic. Clever
I love how he could of just easily got out that situation even if he did throw the cape
I love the idea of a hero being all secretive but in actuality, everyone know's he is in fact the hero.
This gives me “when your roommate is a misguided superhero” vibes. Also, this is The Red Blur’s arch rival’s origin story.

As a safe, I can confirm this is how secrets keep superheroes.
@Don't Read Profile Picture sorry i dont have my glasses on rn i cant read it
Everybody has their secrets, and that's perfectly fine.
As a red cape I can confirm the abuse that heroes put us through when they throw us aside in attempts to hide their secrets
Man, the ending got my, "I'm laughing but I hate myself for it" laugh. Fantastic stuff as always!
As a superpower, I can confirm this is indeed how heroes keep my secret safe.
"Why didn't you call the police..?"
"I DID, Think they got super speed like you do?"
That line was beautiful.
Y'know, I thought I would come in here and someone would have said "What was that?" was also a beautiful line - instead... I mean wtf he says they, clearly. 🤨
@Burn Flaze nope hes said “you think they got super speed like you?”

I like how genuinely shocked the dad is that the son didn't help. Like, he was already cool with him being a hero. That saves like 10 issues of comic pages right there.
I love how entertaining it was sitting there for half the video listening to something going on outside. 😂
As a father, I can confirm that my son does throw away pieces of cloth when I enter the room. He must be a super hero.

Same time you aren't putting your family in a predicament where they have to lie about it and fold under pressure. If not get questioned and slip up accidentally by rigorous questions.
@Mind Yours Couldn't you just...tell your family NOT to reveal the fact that you're a superhero?
The best accurate part here is that as the Red Blur he could of retrieved the cloth before his father noticed but instead doubled down on denying
as a secret dad I can confirm this is how my son keeps his power safe
The straight face he was making is just priceless 💀
See, what you guys don't know is that this is the 2nd son of the Tomato farmer. He always wanted to keep the tradition of handing it off to the first born son so he didn't consider the second. But the second one ate a radioactive tomato. Some say it grew to full size in only a minute. Now he is a speedster known as....
The Red Blur.
